Description

Black-and-white serpent mural spans diagonally across a concrete wall beneath an exterior metal staircase, its open-fanged head rendered in bold outline style. Below the stairs, a pasted cartoon toast character with limbs occupies the lower section; four HVAC units are mounted at the upper wall, and a red commercial bin sits at ground level.
