This site is kept exactly as it was. It was built for the screens and browsers of its own time, so it may not behave the way a page built today would. Its styling in particular is not part of the archive: it is requested from a public code network when the page opens, and if that service ever stops serving this version, the site will appear as plain unstyled text. Nothing here has been corrected or substituted. It is the record.
