Eleven works survive from the 1980s — the thinnest decade here, against 58 in the 1970s and 193 in the 1990s. The archive cannot say why. An estimated 500–1,000 works were discarded at an unrecorded point, with no inventory and no dates, so nothing here can attribute this gap to them.
